1．Is it necessary to become a member to shop?

Yes, please register as our member to get promised services and smooth shopping and shipping procedures. We never disclose your personal information to any other parties.

2．What benefits as a member?

3． I forget my password, what should I do?

Go to member page and click "forget password", type your register email, and you will get a new password. If you unfortunately forget everything (lol!), email us at info@zhoezzy.com and we will do the rests for you.

4．What if the item is out of stock?

If you have purchased and made payment for items that are out of stock, you can either wait for our new stock or to request for a full refund.
